Confirms that the Competition secretary and the Ladies rep have both resigned from the committee, would like to place on record his thanks to both for all of the hard work put in this year.

Have had some issue with the company dealing with the engraving of trophies and glasses and possibility that not all will be completed for the presentation evening. Any not finished will be returned to them after the evening to be finished.

At this stage, will be able to present a cheque for 9000 Euros to the charity on presentation night, with the captains charity tins still to be counted. Would like to place on record his thanks to ALL members who have helped this become such a successful year for his Charity.

Would also like to thank all of those who have helped and supported during his year as Captain and made it an enjoyable year.

Finances are all up to date, Still some calculations to be factored in for the presentation evening, find spreadsheet attached for this month’s accounts.

Vice-Captain.

Confirms that the AGM has been moved to the 8^th February after the Stableford competition, to allow as many members to attend as possible. Formation on 2020/21 committee nominees has been completed and discussed with management to their satisfaction.

Jamie and Skip are working together for the remaining fixtures this season, in the comp sec role.

Also confirms that due to the resorts needs for planning and operational commitments, that competition entries will need to finalised 7 days in advance of each competition, which will also assist in the comp sec role to finalise draws earlier than at present. A more detailed email will be sent to the membership in due course.
