The Committee is pleased to announce the format and number of prizes for the Club Championships.
Please go ahead and make your choice for your preferred competition.  You have until midnight tomorrow.  And remember please, if you have not entered at least 3 Qualifying Club competitions, you will not be eligible for the White/Blue Tee Medal element of the Championships.


Championship:
Day 1.  5 prizes
1st Man (Gross)
1st Lady (Gross)
2nd Man (Gross)
2nd Lady (Gross)
1 x Mixed Net Prize
Day 2.  5 prizes – same as Day 1.
Overall. 
Champion Lady (Gross)
Champion Man (Gross)
Runner Up Lady (Gross)
Runner Up Man (Gross)

Winner net (mixed) 1 prize. Total – 5.

Total prizes for the Championship – 15.

Plate:

Day 1. Winner and Runner Up, men and ladies – 4 prizes.

Day 2. Winner and Runner Up, men and ladies – 4 prizes. 

Overall. Plate winner and Runner Up, men and ladies – 4 prizes.

Total prizes for the Plate – 12.

Club Championships Update

Club Championship Weekend on Sat 11 & Sun 12 May 24

The entry lists for the Club Championship Medal & Plate Competitions are detailed below. 
Members are kindly requested to check that they have entered the correct competition and advise any changes by midnight on Sat 4 May.
The Club Championship Medal draw will be strictly in handicap order (Low to High) on Day 1 and in Reverse Gross order on Day 2. 
Buggy users are reminded to take this into consideration. 
Final Admissions Lists for both competitions will be published once eligibility has been confirmed on Sun 5 May.

[MemberNews] The R&A Open Gathering

Dear Members
On Sunday 21st July, it is the last day’s play of The R&A’s Open.
Why not join us for social golf from 12:00, then relax with a snack in the Clubhouse, then settle down, sit back and watch the conclusion of the golf and crowning of The Champion Golfer of the Year.

Golf is limited to 40 members.  I am also trying to get a good price for buggies.
