The On-Line entry will close at midnight 7 days before the date of the Tournament.

The order in which an individual member will be admitted into the tournament draw is according to their type of Membership Category as follows:

1 - Platinum
2 - Gold
3 - Twilight/Weekend
4 - Juniors
5 - Executive
6 - Corporate
7 - Staff

Reserve List
When tournament entries exceed the spaces available, members will be placed on the Reserve List also based on these categories, strictly by date/time of On-Line Entry and will be allocated in this order.

Members applying to enter a tournament AFTER the Closing date, will be placed on the Reserve List strictly in order of the request being received by the Competition Secretary, irrespective of Membership Category and will be allocated in this order.

Members declining a space in the tournament will be removed from the Reserve List.
