Important – Scorecards, Results and Winner’s Sheets

Dear Members

Scorecards – to avoid Disqualifications, please check VERY carefully two scorecards – yours and the one you marked.  If the score on any hole is different, discuss and agree the correct number.  Remember to SIGN both cards.

Effective from Tuesday 17 September

Members will have until 12:00 hours the following day to check the Results via the Portal for any errors.  For example sometimes a 3 looks like a 5 and a 4 like a 7.  Report all discrepancies to the Competition Secretary’s email.

Results and Winner’s Sheets will then be published (24 hours after the end of the competition).  This gives time for any query handling and resolution.

Vouchers will be available via the ProShop a maximum of 3 days after the official final announcement of the results.  (Obviously this Standard does not apply to End of Year and Knockout Prizes.)

Please advise any of the Committee Members and/or Adam of any deviation from these agreed Standards.
