Rules Aid 2b
Further to my last publication, there is a 4th option for a ball in a bunker which you consider to be unplayable.
This option is available to you if you cannot take Back in Line, or 2 Clubs inside the bunker.
For 2 penalty strokes you can opt to drop Back in Line outside the bunker.
But also remember for 1 penalty stroke you can choose to play Again from where the last shot was played from.
