Captains Charity Auction Night – Saturday 4 September 2021

 

Good afternoon SVGR Members,

We have decided to hold a Captains Charity Auction Evening which will take place at Secret Valley Golf Resort on Saturday 4 September with the intent of raising funds for the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF)

 

An All-Inclusive meal package with local drinks between 8 & 11pm will cost €35 pp, with €5 of that going to the Captains Charity. Entertainment will also be provided.

You will be offered a welcome drink of a Brandy Sour, Prosecco or soft drink/water and choose between the undermentioned dishes:

Chicken liver Pate

Prosciutto Ham with Parmesan & Rocket Salad

Roast Vegetable Soup

Fillet Steak

(Served with Dauphinoise potatoes, pan fried seasonal vegetables & red wine sauce)

Pan fried Cod Fillet

(Served with potato medallions, sauté spinach & lemon ginger sauce

Vegetarian option available on request.
