The On-Line entry will close at midnight 7 days before the date of the competition. The order in which an individual member will be admitted into the Draw is according to their type of Membership Category as follows:
1 – Platinum
2 – Gold
3 – Twilight/Weekend
4 – Juniors
5 – Executive
6 – Corporate
7 – Staff
Reserve List
When competition entries exceed the spaces available, members will be placed on the Reserve List also based on these categories, strictly by date/time of On-Line Entry and will be allocated in this order.
Members applying to enter a Competition AFTER the Closing date, will be placed on the Reserve List strictly in order of the request being received by the Competition Secretary, irrespective of Membership Category and will be allocated in this order.
Members declining a space in the competition will be removed from the Reserve List.
