The timings for Captain's day are as follows:
07:00 – 08:30 – Breakfast / coffee available for order in restaurant
07:30 – 08:30 – Registration upstairs (visitors & executive members must pay green fees in pro shop)
07:30 – 08:30 – Raffle ticket sales
08:35 – Competition Brief and Group photos of all players next to 18 green
08:40 – Depart for your hole
09:00 – Shotgun start
02:15 – 3:00 – Finger food buffet lunch in clubhouse (no charge)
02:30 onwards – Music by DJ Maurice
02:15 – 3:00 – Charity raffle ticket sales
03:00 – prize presentation
03:15 – Charity auction

Longest Drive – Hole 13 (Men's and Ladies)
Nearest to the Line – Hole 18 (Men's and Ladies)

Putting competition – on practice Green by Hole 1 (Men's and Ladies)
