I understand that our last email regarding competition formats caused some confusion and disappointment. Our intention is to create a fair playing field for golfers of all levels.With the introduction of 4 set divisions and corresponding tee colours, we had hoped to ensure fairness for all handicaps.Not all aspects and sensitivities were taken into account, and the committee held a new vote on Sunday/Monday regarding the following regulations, with a majority voting in favor of introducing these tournament rules:* Four set divisions (classifications may need to be adjusted to WHS guidelines).* Multi-tee option for all players.* Men may play from the blue tee box and this tee has been sloped for the men. This is an additional choice for male players.We wish all Members enjoyment and success playing the SV course.
