Dear members,
Another month has passed. As the expression goes, April showers bring May flowers. Well we certainly had some rainy days in April, and this May will certainly be much warmer and drier.
The Club Championships is May 13th and 14th. Thanks to our sponsrship team, we have secured multiple sponsors. There will be a presentation dinner on May 14th. Please make sure you book in for the dinner asap.
The following weekend is the CGF Amateur Open at Secret Valley.
We also have interclub matches. Aphrodite Hills on May 17th and Kourineum on May 31st.
Our quiz night on April 21st was a huge success and we raised 245 euros for the Captain's charity. Our next quiz night is Firday, June 2nd.
I have been advised that there will be some maintenance work on the course at the end of the month so the course will be closed on May 29th and 30th.
The Captains shootout was originally scheduled for May 31st, but it will be re- scheduled due to the course maintenance.
