Dear Members,
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members who participated in our first golf event "Captains Drive In" on Saturday. The event was fully booked, and it was a great pleasure to see so many of you on the terrace and later in the clubhouse.
I am delighted that we were able to fulfill what I promised at the Annual General Meeting (AGM): good golf, fun on the course and smiling faces in the clubhouse. Additionally, we had a culinary journey into my hometown of Berlin, which many of you enjoyed. And let's not forget the delicious cake!
On that day, we were able to award 19 attractive prizes to the winners, but the real winner is the Club Captains Charity, the "Ronald McDonald House Organization." A remarkable total of €1,403 was raised! This includes: - Sale of Raffle tickets for the Monthly Parking lot : €100 - Sale of the Raffle tickets for the Free annual membership 2026: €820 - "Guess the Distance of the Captains Drive -178y 163m-": €326 - Signatures on the banner: €52 - Private donations: €105
