Matt Wake met with the DOG on 11 July 2023 and has sent the following notes on the meeting which we are now publishing on the website.

Further to minute 6 of your 20th June Committee Meeting, I attach a filenote of the meeting I held with Adam. You will see from the text that my hands were rather tied behind my back insofar as Adam had already set the new terms of 2023.
Notwithstanding the fact that it would have been far preferable for Adam to first flash his suggestions across the Committee (or to involve Sam Lawson who raised the matter at the AGM), I nevertheless feel that Adam has done all he believed he could. Perhaps, if these deals are renewed next year, the Committee can involve itself at an early stage to assist Adam with renewal terms that might sit better with our Platinum/Gold members.
I presume, and hope, that you will circulate this filenote to your Committee and upload it to the website for members to view.
