Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Columbia Secret Valley Golf Club will be held at the Columbia Secret Valley Clubhouse on Saturday, 28 February 2026 at 15:00.

The AGM will be conducted by the Club’s Management on behalf of the Club.

The agenda for the meeting is set out below.

AGENDA

1. Welcome and opening address from Management, including remarks on the Club’s long-term vision and investment commitment.
2. Presentation from the 2025 Club Captain, Ms Catrin Koring
3. Presentation of the 2025 Treasurer’s Report
4. Formal appointment of the 2026 Club Captain
5. Appointment of the Vice-Captain for 2026
6. Appointment of the Competitions & Handicaps Secretary and Treasurer
7. Address from the 2026 Club Captain, outlining objectives for the 2026 season
8. Member Questions and Answers
   (All questions must be submitted by email no later than Monday 23 February to [email protected] 
9. Any other business properly brought before the AGM

NOTES

• Platinum and Gold Members for 2026 are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
• To ensure a structured and productive meeting, members are requested to submit any questions in advance by the stated deadline.
