Presentation Dinner

Dear members,

as you know the Presentation Dinner is on Saturday, January 25th. The Committee conducted a poll, and the results clearly indicated members’ preference for the Secret Valley restaurant. The Dinner will be a buffet style (lesson learnt from the last year’s long wait) please see the attached menu. The dress code is business casual i.e. suits but no tie for men and dresses for the ladies. The cost is 25 Euro/pp for the members and 35 Euro/pp for guests. The drinks could be ordered from the Bar menu and will attract a usual members’ discount of 15%.

Timeline:

The Presentation Dinner starts @ 18:00 with a cocktail.

At 18:30 the Trophy presentation ceremony begins and lasts approximately one hour, as we have over twenty nominations and winners.

At ~ 19:30 the Buffet starts and when everyone is seated, we will have the 150 Club Final draw and a Free Gold Membership draw.

After the draws there will be a high-quality show/concert followed by music and dancing provided by DJ Maurice.

The Presentation Dinner participation requires a full prepayment. Please book your place and select a table you’d like to be seated at the Proshop by January 23rd the latest. If you have special requirements, please write to me directly.
