Dear members,
I have been advised that since we have about 80 people attending the Presentation Evening, it will take about 3 hours to serve all 5 courses. Hence, we would like to start the meal service at 18:30.
Toma wants to book everyone in prior to the start of the meal service.
Please do your best to be on time because if people are late, the start of the meal service may be delayed,.

The presentation of prizes for KO’s and OOM’s will be carried out during the meal service at appropriate intervals.

18:00 Welcome Drink
18:30 Dinner & 2023 Season Prize Presentation
21:30 Charity raffle draw for membership and other prizes
21:45 Music and dancing with DJ Maurice
I have also been advised that Mr. Christos from Ekfraseis vinery has generously agreed to sponsor the wine for the meal.
