Dear Members, On 3rd of April we played our home match v Minthis. The game was really competitive and ended with a 5-5 draw. So, overall we lost (8/12) and the trophy remains in Minthis. The feedback from both team’s players was overwhelming positive. Our course was in good conditions (except the bunkers of course). The weather was perfect. Our F&B team created some new dishes, which were delicious, but the most popular dish was again Fish&Chips.
We had 2 great matches with the team of Minthis. Very nice social events where many friendships has established. Working together and organizing everything with Colin Davis, VC Minthis, was a pleasure.
I am very grateful to all participants for their efforts. This was just the beginning. The teams of Elea and Aphrodite Hills are waiting for us.
This year, I am proud to announce, that we have the highest no of entries with a total of 187 for all IC matches so far. I am happy, to have a few members in the next draw, who never played IC before and I guess they are really excited. The way I decide to select the players is a nice little event on our balcony. The next draw, for our match against Elea, is being held on Tuesday, 9th of June around 1.30pm.
