I am thrilled to introduce the newly committee of the Secret Valley Golf Club (SVGC) for 2025:

Our dedicated team is comprised of passionate golfers and golf enthusiasts who are eager to support the club and foster a welcoming and enjoyable golfing environment for everyone.
As many of you may have noticed, we have about six weeks less to organize an exciting year for you, but rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure that 2025 is a fantastic year at the Secret Valley Golf Club. We held our kick-off meeting on March 4th and are united in our goal: to create a year filled with engaging golf, fun, and camaraderie.
Our first official meeting was held on March 8th. We regrettably ran out of time to announce the day’s competition winners on the balcony. I do apologize.

As I mentioned during my speech at the AGM, one of my personal goals this year is to raise €15,000 for the Club Captain’s Charity: the "Ronald McDonald House Organization" in Nicosia. This is an important cause that provides vital support for families facing challenging situations due to a sick child. The funds raised will cover the cost of a family room for three years in "A Home Away From Home." I kindly ask for your support in this noble endeavor.
I am happy to report that our first event, the "Captains Drive In," has already helped us make progress toward our goal, raising an impressive €1,403! It was a wonderful day filled with fun and socializing, and you can find photos and videos from the event on social media and our website.
We have exciting year-round promotions that not only offer you chances to win but also support the Captain’s Charity:
- 150 Club (details available on our website)
- Captains Charity Parking Lot: €5 per raffle ticket (monthly draw)
- Free Annual Membership in 2026: €10 per raffle ticket
- Captain/DoG/Pro Challenge: Compete against us on select dates throughout the year. The cost is €25 per player, benefiting the Captain’s Charity. Sign-up sheets are available on the pinboard near the locker rooms—register now! Mondays, 3 dates: Captain and DoG Challenge. Fridays, 3 dates: Captain/ Pro Challenge.
Our committee members, along with Kirill Lyushinsky, will be selling raffle tickets. Best of luck to everyone! Starting next week, you can also purchase raffle tickets (excluding those for the 150 Club) in the Pro Shop. We are looking for volunteers who can help us with selling our tickets throughout the year. If you want to participate please contact me.
We are currently working on a regular newsletter for 2025, which will keep you informed about upcoming special events, interclub activities, and more. Stay tuned, and don’t forget to check the pinboard for the latest news!
