2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Platinum & Gold Members,

The Annual General Meeting for Members of Secret Valley Golf Club will take place in the Clubhouse on Saturday, 20th  January 2024 at 3pm.

AGENDA:

1. The meeting will be opened by SVGR Management.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Captains Report
4. Treasurer's Report
5. Election of members to the committee.
6. New Captains Speech
7. Any other business.

Members who are present at the AGM will be asked to vote in order to elect the following representatives to serve on the Secret Valley Golf Club Committee for 2024. 

The Notice & Nomination Form has been posted on the Members Notice Board in the upstairs Foyer. The following positions will be elected:

Vice-Captain

Treasurer

Competition coordinator

Members Representative

IT Member

*The current Vice Captain will become Club Captain. The role of Handicap and Competition Secretary will move under SVGR management and will be replaced on the committee by the Competitions coordinator.

If any members wish to be considered, for committee positions we ask that you place your names on the Notice & Nomination Form that has been posted on the Members Notice Board in the upstairs Foyer or contact the Director of Golf directly no later than 16:00 on Tuesday, January 15th 

Please Note - In response to numerous requests from Platinum and Gold members, and in the interest of ensuring that every member's voice is heard, we are pleased to announce that this year, Platinum and Gold members who are unable to attend the AGM in person will be granted the option to cast their votes online.

Online Voting will be available from 08:00 Wednesday 16^th January until 18:00 Friday 19^th January and can be accessed through the following link
